Refunds – Process / Rules

SPECIAL NOTE: OVERRIDING TERMs- THE TERMS OF THE SUPPLIER/ HOTEL/ AIRLINES WILL OVER-RIDE THE GENERAL TERMS & AND CONDITIONS BELOW AND WILL BE APPLICABLE IN CASE OF ANY NEED

• Refund will be done on all eligible cases based as under:-
  • Refund will be done to the original source of payments
  • Refunds will be issued only as per the cancellation terms of suppliers/airlines
  • A refund will be issued post-acceptance of the same by the principal supplier.
  • Refunds will be issued on receipt of refunds from airlines/suppliers
  • Refunds will be given only as per the refund amount applicable at the time of cancellation
